Ignacio Bocanegra brings a wealth of experience and to the culinary industry, having held key positions such as Kitchen Manager at Disneyland Resort and at prestigious like Robert Mondavi Wineries and Coyote Hills Golf Club. His journey began in the early 80s at Marie Callender's, where his passion for culinary arts blossomed. Ignacio's career has taken him from the vibrant kitchens of Los Angeles' Staples Center to the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, and even to Park City with Bon Appétit. With a commitment to excellence, he has successfully transitioned to running his own culinary business, building a reputation one client at a time.

"This review is going to be long because I just can’t say enough good about Iggy’s catering. He catered my wedding, and from day 1 he went the extra mile leading up to the big event. He actually met with my fiancé and I on a few occasions long before our wedding to help us plan the food. That was super helpful because he’s been in the industry for a long time and was able to give us some really good advice. Fortunately, Iggy is very easy to work with. He listened to what we were wanting, and added his extra pizzaz to improve upon what we wanted. He has a good vision and helped us make the event way better than we could have ever imagined on our own. On one of the occasions, Iggy had us come for tastings of various entrees he specializes in. We actually had a hard time deciding because it was all so delicious and gourmet. On another occasion a few weeks before the event, we met him at the venue so he could plan how he would present and serve the food to create an upscale ambient fit for a wedding—or a king for that matter. When the day of the wedding came, everything ran like a finely tuned Swiss watch. Iggy was there early along with the food and his crew and it was beautifully set up. The guests really enjoyed talking with him and his servers. He is very friendly. We got comments by lots of the guests of how delicious the food was. Iggy cooked us his famous Chicken Piccata, Spring squash, seasoned mashed potatoes, homemade rolls, and salad. He even gave us the leftover food so my new wife and I would have a few meals to take home with us since he knew we would be running around on wedding day with little time to eat. Iggy’s pricing was excellent for such high caliber food. We still get comments on the food that night from our friends and family who attended our wedding. When our kids get married, Im definitely going to have Iggy do the catering again. He was phenomenal! "
